Are you feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, mood changes, stress, or symptoms that are making everyday life harder? Have you wondered whether medication could help, but want a provider who will take the time to listen, explain your options, and work with you rather than simply hand you a prescription?
Zadie provides psychiatric medication management for adolescents and adults ages 13 and older. Her approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and individualized, with an emphasis on evidence-based treatment and helping you understand the role medication may play in your overall mental health care.
Whether you are considering medication for the first time, looking for ongoing medication management, or hoping to revisit a treatment plan that no longer feels like the right fit, Zadie works with you to develop a plan based on your symptoms, goals, preferences, and individual needs.
Meet Zadie
I was raised in Fort Walton Beach, Florida, and graduated from Fort Walton Beach High School before continuing my journey as a collegiate volleyball player at the University of West Florida.
My path into medicine wasn't just academic; it was shaped by personal experiences, challenges, and a growing passion for mental health. I went on to earn my Master's in Physician Assistant Studies from Lincoln Memorial University, where I focused on behavioral health and whole-person care.
Today, my work is centered on helping people feel more grounded, supported, and understood. I believe healing is more than just treatment; it's about connection, awareness, and building resilience in everyday life.
