I was raised in Fort Walton Beach, Florida, and graduated from Fort Walton Beach High School before continuing my journey as a collegiate volleyball player at the University of West Florida.
My path into medicine wasn't just academic; it was shaped by personal experiences, challenges, and a growing passion for mental health. I went on to earn my Master's in Physician Assistant Studies from Lincoln Memorial University, where I focused on behavioral health and whole-person care.
I work with adolescents and adults (ages 13 and older), providing thoughtful, individualized care rooted in both evidence-based medicine and a holistic understanding of mental health. My approach to treatment emphasizes safe, appropriate prescribing practices, prioritizing non-controlled and evidence-based treatment options.
Today, my work is centered on helping people feel more grounded, supported, and understood. I believe healing is more than just treatment; it's about connection, awareness, and building resilience in everyday life.
