Therapy Rates
Initial therapy intake: $150
Individual therapy session: $150 per 50-minute session
Psychiatric Medication Management Rates
Comprehensive psychiatric evaluation: $250 per 60-minute appointment
Medication-management follow-up: $175 for appointments lasting up to 40 minutes
Insurance and Out-of-Network Benefits
Still I Rise Counseling is a private-pay practice and does not bill commercial insurance directly. Depending on your plan, you may be eligible to receive partial reimbursement through your out-of-network mental health benefits.
We can provide a superbill containing the information generally needed to submit an out-of-network claim. Clients are responsible for:
Confirming their out-of-network benefits
Downloading their superbills
Submitting and monitoring claims
Communicating with their insurance company
Paying any optional third-party claim-submission fees
Insurance reimbursement is not guaranteed. Deductibles, allowed amounts, reimbursement rates, claim requirements, and final coverage decisions are determined by your insurance company.
We provide current clients with a step-by-step guide explaining how to check their out-of-network benefits and submit claims directly for free. Clients may also choose to use an independent paid claim-submission service such as Reimbursify.
Please note that submitting a superbill discloses your diagnosis and behavioral-health treatment information to your insurance company.

Aleighsha Webber is a TRICARE-authorized non-network provider. Still I Rise Counseling does not file TRICARE claims directly.
Eligibility and out-of-pocket costs depend on your specific TRICARE plan. Some plans may require a referral, authorization, or use of the point-of-service option before receiving care from a non-network provider.
Before scheduling, contact TRICARE to confirm:
Whether you can receive care from a non-network provider
Whether a referral or authorization is required
Your deductible and cost-share
The applicable TRICARE-allowable charge
Your claim-submission requirements
Clients pay Still I Rise Counseling directly and are responsible for submitting any claim and supporting documentation to TRICARE. Reimbursement is not guaranteed.
Benefits of Private-Pay Mental Health Care
Private-pay care may provide greater flexibility when choosing a therapist or psychiatric provider. Your treatment can be based on your clinical needs rather than an insurance company’s network or session limits.
When you do not submit claims, your diagnosis and treatment information are not shared with an insurance company by Still I Rise Counseling. If you choose to use out-of-network benefits, the superbill submitted to your insurer will include diagnosis and service information.
Payment
We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Payment is due at the time of service.
Cancellation Policy
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full session fee.
